You can just imagine the amazing aroma emanating from this spice bazaar in Damascus Old City. I don’t know a word of Arabic, but I guess those a signs for things like paprika, chilli powder, cayenne, turmeric, ground cumin, ground coriander, ground ginger… all warm and pungent!
