Denim – or to give it its original name – de Nîmes isn’t just for jeans and jackets, you know? It’s such a ubiquitous material – versatile, hard-wearing, easy to work with, easy to clean, ages well and is attractive in all its hues; from the deepest indigo to the palest washed out powder blue.

Denim works a treat in interior décor as well – on walls, on the floor, on the furniture, as bedding. But go steady, don’t over do it – nobody likes to see the ‘double denim’ look!
