Definatly to turn the heating on as I’m on my way home, I hate the cold weather and spend the forst half hour of walking in huddled around the radiator or under my blanket on the sofa before I can do anything else.
Oh wow never heard of one of these, it might sound over the top but this could change my world, being in a wheelchair your constantly having to depend on other people to turn your lights on or turn the heating up etc, this would give me back my independence, and being able to work my music is an added bonus, thanks for the chance to win this amazing prize!! An alert for letting me know what items I need from the shops to top up my store cupboard. Especially everyday items such as milk, bread ect. As I do 24 hour shifts away from home sometimes items get used up without me knowing and I end up having to go back out to the shops, so annoying! This is awesome. I have heard of these devices but always thought of them as out of my reach financially. i would like it to turn our underfloor heating up if necessary whilst we are away if the weather changes

I would love it to be able turn the heating on so the house is ready and warm when i get home from being out for the day.
As somebody who uses Hue and Nest and is considering investing in a Sonos system this would be incredibly useful – I’d love to be able to control all of my home automation hardware via a single portal. What a wonderful way to integrate the system, boosting both usability and security.

I’d love it to switch the heating on before I get in. We moved in to our first (drafty!) house last month and it feels very cold compared with our flat before.

I’m rubbish at remembering to turn if certain things before bed so I’d either get it to switch off those things for me at bedtime or I would get it to remind me to switch off those things.
