Mountain biking is hugely popular, especially round where we live – all those Pennine hills! It doesn’t much appeal to me, too much like hard work. I’d love pootling along Rochdale Canal or round town on this iconic Itera bicycle though… much more my thing!

It was designed in Sweden in the 1980s and is made almost entirely of plastic. It’s for sale in support of Wonder Years Centre of Excellence*.

There are currently no bids, it’s a “collection only” item from York and it ends tomorrow afternoon – so if you’re interested you’ve got to act quickly!
