This grey industrial kitchen – and the house it belongs to, is one of the most stunning we’ve seen in a while!
The Barcelona apartment was renovated by Jaime Beriestain back in 2015. Despite the fact that this room doesn’t get much natural light, the owners were brave enough to paint the walls, ceiling and cabinetry such a shadowy shade.
The combination of dark grey, copper and natural wood is a modern classic that remains hugely popular. Objects that could otherwise get slightly lost, really stand out and draw your eye. The light that does pervade the space is somehow enhanced, and you notice its play on shiny and reflective surfaces.
There’s a profusion of hard surfaces and materials which is very practical for a kitchen… and yet, despite this, the room retains a real warmth. We love it!
