  10. Just taking each day as it comes, we are not doing the home schooling, tried it for a few days and it wasn’t working, with me working from home too. But we are making giant lego models, mean brownies and lovely dinners, as well as doing some planting in the garden

  11. ive been spending time in the garden, baking, reading, watching tv and teaching my daughter to crochet

  12. I have an autoimmune disease, so on full lockdown, which is depressing as hell because i rarely left the house or did anything anyway. Being a nurse though, i do understand. Signed up to be a phone support volunteer. Probably spoken to more people than i normally would, as others who are self isolating or WFH have more of an understanding of how lonely it can be. So life is as normal, plodding along, reading, cooking, and any household or garden maintenance i can manage. Fun times.

  13. I have been working from home so have been keeping busy. But now the weather has got nicer there is lots to do in the garden. Hopefully enough to stop me getting bored

  14. baking, school work ( not now though) netflix, disney plus, arts and crafts and my daughters cheerleading troupe have been doing games and quizzes to keep them together 🙂

  16. I am watching movies, spending time with family, drawing, painting, reading and having spa days at home

  17. I’m really lucky as I can still work from home and I’ve been using the extra time on my hands to get through all the little jobs round the house that never seemed to get done. I am finding it all quite hard but I know it’s hard for everyone and a lot of people will be finding it tougher than me.

  18. I’m trying to be positive and enyoing the time at home with my family. And the lack of commuting, which has been wonderful.

  19. I am taking it like a really long rest, so I am sleeping a lot, watching lots of TV, films and Netflix, just chilling out really, and I am rather enjoying myself. I am not buying into the fear of this situation, I am looking only for positives.

  30. Cooking and baking, DIY around the house, and relaxing with a good book 🙂 also my garden has never looked so awesome!

  31. I’m lucky enough to have a long grassy area behind my house where no-one else goes because it is just an access to some old garages. So hubby and I have been playing tennis every day. Well….I say ‘tennis’ but all we could find in our garage was some squash rackets so we’ve been knocking a tennis ball around with those.

  32. I’m eating a lot of chocolate, attempting to do home work outs to counter the chocolate and making silly care packages for my friends who i cant see

  33. Age 72 hubby and I are now 6 weeks into selfisolation. Apart from not being able to hug our grandchildren the only stress we have had is getting an online delivery slot. You have to go online so many times before a slot is available. We have one for the 29th but that will be over 3 weeks since the last one so we are not able to eat as much fresh fruit etc as we would normally do.

  34. This is my 6th week working from home, lucky I guess I can work but struggling at the mo esp as not meant to be going out. I’ve been trying to do more in garden re exercise but have nipped to shops after 9pm as no body about

  37. I’ve been taking part in online courses online and helping look after the homeless by giving them food as homelessness is at an all time high

  38. I am sorting through all my old papers (hoarder) and have found some “treasures” I had forgotten about

  39. I’m still working in a school so that’s keeping me busy and keeping myself sane by taking very early morning walks with the dog to raise my spirits for the day.

  41. im working from home and have a toddler so I have plenty to do haha! been trying to get put for daily walks and do crafts also

  42. We have been doing so much baking and obviously the home schooling. Crafts and trying to fit some work in too.

  43. I am busy gardening every day (except yesterday when it rained all day and I had to work in the greenhouse). It is lovely being outside and enjoying the flowers and the birds singing.

  44. I am going on the odd tandem ride for exercise with hubby… and just taking the time actually getting to know my family more – we all lived busy lives and it’s lovely all to be under the same roof and laugh like we used to when they were little.

  45. Being disabled lockdown’s not really making any difference to what’s a normal day for me, I’m doing what I usually do, trying to get through the day as best I can

  46. We are lucky – its not too bad…….my kids are teenagers so get on with school work, husband and eldest son working from home – so far ok, been doing lots of letter writing, sorting, cleaning, cooking – and ll the things i never have time to do … we are lucky !

  49. I’m at home with my little boy, who keeps me occupied! I’ve also been binge watching a few box sets 🙂

  50. I’ve been learning yoga through an online course. It’s keeping me mentally and physically refreshed each day. I hsvent had any problems getting food

  51. With 3 children at home, two of which are being home schooled (badly!) and one of which is teething, I am having a horrible time. I try to get daily weight training in to keep myself sane but I have to say the novelty has more than worn off for me.

  52. Baking and Cooking. I have started to really enjoy it, and trying new recipes. Spent a fortune in herbs and spices for the many recipes I am planning to try. My baking cupboard is stocked up and ready for the spontaneous ideas I have. I also have a new slow cooker, which I am very excited about.

  53. I’ve been trying to get my garden in order, and making the most of being able to divert energy I don’t need for shopping (I’m shielding) into other things that will give long term benefit because they’ll be done when they’re done – if you know what I mean!

  54. I’ve had M.E. since being a teenager and I’ll be 50 (!) this year, so when I’ve had complaints from ‘friends’ about the lockdown, I’ve reminded them that I’ve been doing this almost 35 years now….I’m missing my trip once in a blue moon to town. But I’ve been entertaining an old friend with my sense of humour and we’ve arranged to meet up once lockdown is over as it’s 20 years since we last met up!

  55. I’ve been doing lots of cleaning, decluttering and gardening but I’m starting to feel desperate for a hug, I live alone. My daily highlight is when my daughter brings my grandchildren to the window so I can see them although it is very painful not being able to give them a cuddle

  56. I lost my job as an A’level/Gcse teacher and examiner so I cried for the first week. Now i am home schooling with my kids, Crafting, baking, ( and eating) get the kids out in the garden to make insect house, bird tables and hedgehog hide and cleaning out cupboards .

  57. Well I’ve only just started because I’ve been really poorly for 5 weeks. I’m really not fit enough to do anything physical so playing jigsaw on my iPad is the most I do

  58. I am learning Spanish, working from home, gardening, reading, making lists, doing projects, quizzes, watching boxsets, worrying myself stupid over my dad who had a heart operation in march, and as i type this is back in hospital post op for the second time. its hard. x
