  1. I’d take my husband who has been working very hard at refurbishing our home – he really needs a break!

  2. I’d love to stay in the south-west corner of Ireland, somewhere on the coast of County Kerry, to look out at the vast Atlantic. It would probably be a wonderful place to be alone with your thoughts, but I think I’d still want to take my other half for company!

  3. I’d take my husband, my sister and her husband. Every year my sister rents a cottage for herself and her disabled husband and I can’t afford to do the same back. This would give me the opportunity to give them a holiday for a change and they could choose the location!

  4. A short stay in Gosport on the south coast close to Portsmouth would be nice, and after that I’d set off on the ferry from Portsmouth to visit family in France.

  5. I’d love to go to Cornwall for the wonderful coastal walks I’d take with my husband and to play on the beach with our grandchildren.

  6. I’d take my mum to the Lake District because she’s always saying she’d like to take me (she’s been before, but I haven’t) and I’d like to surprise her by me taking her instead!
