We’ve featured oven gloves with fingers and gardening gloves with claws in the past – today, it’s the turn of touchscreen winter gloves.
I get really cold ears, nose, fingers and toes in the winter; so at that time of year, I rarely go out without wearing long thermal socks and fleecy gloves. The only problem with wearing gloves when I’m out walking is when I want to take a photo or make a call on my phone.
That’s when the palaver of taking them off, putting them in my pocket and then putting them back on – repeatedly – occurs. That’s when gloves get lost… or more usually, one glove gets lost! Wearing mismatched gloves is way worse than mismatched socks!
I’m relieved to learn that the phone dilemma has been solved by the invention of special material used on the tips of the gloves’ fingers and thumbs. Here are three pairs of touchscreen winter gloves that will prevent my hands from turning numb later this year.
