A while ago, we featured a trio of different incense sticks – this time we’re looking at some incense holders.
We’ve always liked burning incense now and again; however, now that we have a (very often damp and muddy) puppy, we’re aware of possible pongs in the house. You know what the ad on TV says, “You go nose blind…”.
I’d like a couple of the white ceramic incense holders – one each for the fireplaces in the sitting room and dining room. They’d really suit our simple cottage décor.
The minimalist Tom Dixon example would really work in the bathroom. It’s tiny – as is our bathroom – and we already burn incense cones in there. It would take up no room at all on the windowsill in there.
Much as I like the brass Ritual incense burner – it’s probably the best shape for catching the ash – the price is a bit too steep. If you’ve fallen in love with this one, it’s part of a set which includes a small circular dish (for coins, keys etc) and book ends.
- White matte with flecked clay ceramic stoneware incense stick holder: £12.50, Etsy
- Fog incense giftset: £40.00, Tom Dixon
- Ritual series incense burner: £65.00, NOTHS
