Many of you will know that we’re regular cake and bread bakers. Last week, I was having a discussion with a Berlin-based foodie who was just getting into sourdough baking. We were talking about all the kit & kaboodle available out there for home bread bakers. Some of the equipment you can quite easily get by without using, but others are absolutely indispensable. I must admit, I’ve got a cupboard full of bread-baking stuff; specialist flours, bannetons, loaf tins, a baking dome… However, the one item I couldn’t do without is my humble little dough scraper. Less than £2 on Etsy!
